Other Details to Note

I've worked as an Outdoor Education teacher for many years and am a specialist with cross-country skiing, cycling, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, snorkelling and SCUBA diving. House Rules

Guests must have a photo of themselves in their profile photo, so that I will be ready for your arrival. The couch is not to be used as a bed to sleep on. Neighbours in this building are quiet and keep to themselves. It's expected that you would also behave in this way. A security company regularly patrols the building and loud partying is not tolerated by the Building Managers. If a complaint is made about the noise and a security guard attends the apartment, the callout cost will be incurred by the guest/s. All rules of the building are expected to be followed by guests during their stay. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment-please ask Bronnie first. Turn on the rangehood for stove top cooking; a callout fee if the fire department attends due to excessive smoke will be charged to the guest. Smoking must be outside on the balcony with the apartment door closed. Lingering odours left from cooking or smoking that require specialised cleaning are costs that will need to be covered by the guest upon departure. No pets without prior approval by the Building Managers. If you require a better understanding of the Owners Corporation rules, Bronnie can email you a copy upon request.

A variety of shops and restaurants are opposite the building complex, including a medical centre, newsagency, post office, convenience store and a chemist. Easy walk to the acclaimed Kettle Black which has an impressive breakfast/brunch menu. Locals walk to Royal Botanic Gardens, Albert Park Lake, South Melbourne Market, Southbank and the MCG. Lovely walking in the leafy streets of South Yarra and South Melbourne. Within a 5 min walk is the choice of at least 20 different eateries, as well as a supermarket. There is an ATM machine and bank within a 2 min walk.

It was perfect for our event, everything was clean, and the extra little touches made us feel at home. The MYKI cards were syper helpful. A lovely apartment in a great location. Bronnie was an amazing host and super helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. We were traveling with our 6 month old and not only did she provide a cot, but also a highchair and toys for the little one. The kitchen had everything you need and there's plenty of shops nearby. We had a wonderful stay and couldn't fault the place.

Enjoyed our stay, apartment exactly as advertised. Great transport links, walkable to some activities such as Shrine of Rembrance and Albert Park. Lots of local conviennace in walking distance. Bronnie was great to deal with and was proactive with recommendations and answered all queries swiftly. She also made a great effort for our young one to ensure they enjoyed the stay as much as us. Would 100% stay again.

Find us

Trams and buses on the doorstep and two train stations close to home. A MyKi card is provided for guests during their stay to 'touch on' your first tram but it is their responsibility to top it up.
